We try our level best to personalise and Ship the orders with in 1 working day,(Upon receipt of clear and correct information)

though some times it may take up to 3 working Days to ship the orders.

Should an order be returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, shipping charges will be incurred to have your order reshipped.

 

Domestic Shipping (East & West Malaysia)

It will take 2 to 5 working days for your package to arrive.

Currently shipping with in Malaysia is FREE

 

International Shipping

It will take 4 to 14 working days for your package to arrive internationally.

If you are willing to buy more than one item, please contact us via e mail or telephone, we will try to work on a better shipping rate.

Orders shipped outside of the Malaysia may incur customs fees, duties and/or taxes.

Gift Your Tot is not responsible for custom fees, duties, taxes imposed by the relevant country. Recipient is liable to pay these charges to the carrier upon delivery.

 

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email including a link where you can track delivery of your order through the POS Malaysia Service.

You can track and view the status of your order by clicking here and entering your Tracking  number provided in the e-mail sent by Gift Your Tot.

 

Returns

A return policy on personalized product is extremely difficult to provide, as each product is uniquely created for a specific individual and cannot be resold.

It is our goal that all of our customers be completely satisfied with our products and services.

we do however offer exchanges if we misspelled the name or the pronunciation was wrong or if you think your product is faulty, we will ask you to inform us immediately and return it to us within SEVEN days of receipt.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the order. Alternatively, we may offer to remake and resend the CD free of charge. Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and resend.

Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of your own actions such as product misuse or if personalisation is misspelled when ordering or if you have uploaded an image of a low resolution or size.
